Ganesh began his career as a project engineer at Thermax, specializing in HVAC systems, before transitioning to the Merchant Navy. With 23 years of sailing experience, he developed invaluable leadership skills as a Master, earning accolades as a Best Master, which underscores his commitment to excellence.
Shabeer has a strong background in leadership roles, managing diverse, cross-functional teams across the Asia Pacific for prominent multinational companies.
